small things method:
Basic instructions Since some things are
not immediately obvious:
- It's a tool to make outlines
  from an image. I dunno
  what its really useful for.
- The tool is slower with
  large images.
- "Tolerance" is basically
  the tolerance for changes
  in color, it's pretty jank
  at low numbers.
- "small things" refers to
  the number pixels in a
  small spot that will be
  ignored in the output
  (for cleaner images).
